1.1 Personal Security

Due to the nature of Interstate your security is extremely high on our list of priorities (in fact it's at the top), however this does not mean you're completely safe. We recommend high levels of personal security be used when interacting with Interstate and affiliate products. Please take great care with your account details and with who you allow to access your Interstate roadmaps. We can not be held responsible for anything which may happen to or occur on your account by another person or identity.

1.2 Data Transmitted

Transmitting any threatening or potentially dangerous data via Interstate is strictly prohibited. This includes but is no limited to worms, viruses, spyware, adware or code which may be deemed destructive.

1.3 Content

You are responsible for all content which is published via your Interstate account and/or roadmaps. This includes but is not limited to data, text, photos, videos, links (URL or URI). Anything we deem to be inappropriate or offensive will be removed without prior notice.

1.4 Illegal Purposes

Interstate's service must not be used for any illegal, pornographic, racial or any other unauthorised purposes. All users must comply to their local law and authority demands. If you or your account violates any laws then you are responsible solely for these.

IMPORANT: Violation of sections 1.1 through to 1.4 may result in the termination of your Interstate account and/or IP banning from Interstate and/or other related products. At no point can Interstate or affiliate companies and/or products be held responsible for activities by 3rd parties which occur on Interstate.

2.1 Account Squatting

Withholding or pre-registering account URLs or usernames is strictly prohibited. All trademarks must be respected and any URLs or usernames which conflict with trademarks may be moved to the other party without notice.

2.2 Service

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice. No refund will be issued to those who have paid to use the service.

2.3 Preventative Measures

We reserve the right to prevent and/or ban anyone or any identity from Interstate at any time with prior notice.

2.4 Sale of Service

We reserve the right to sell or move ownership of Interstate and/or affiliate products to a 3rd party without prior notice and without a given reason.
