Refund Policy Updated: 4th July 2010

By joining and/or using InterstateApp.com (hereby referred to as Interstate or "service") you agree to the following refund policy including the terms of use.

With Interstate you get the option to pay for the service to get more features and better limits. If you plan to pay or are currently paying be sure you keep up to date with this refund policy.

Using a free Interstate account you will never be billed, charged or asked for billing information. We will never ask you for your billing information until you intend to use the paid options that we provide.

If you decide to cancel or downgrade your paid plan you will not be charged for any future reoccurring payments. You will not be refunded for the current month's cycle no matter how long into the month you are. Once you have paid for a month it counts as you having used the product and therefore we see it as fair to reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If you wish to delete your Interstate, you can do so at any time. Simply sign into your Interstate then go to "Config" and press "Delete this Interstate". Follow the instructions until you are notified that your account has been deleted. Please take care as we can not restore any accounts and do not provide refunds for paid months on deleted accounts.

Please note, we do not make exceptions!
